Frequently Asked Questions

What is Dayton Mobile Detailing?

Dayton Mobile Detailing LLC is a lead-generation and connection service that helps vehicle owners connect with participating independent mobile detailing providers serving Dayton and the Miami Valley. DMD does not perform the detailing work itself.

Why do you need my phone number and contact information?

Your contact information allows DMD to work on fulfilling your request and allows an appropriate participating detailing provider to contact you about the service you requested, including availability, pricing and scheduling.

Do you sell my contact information to advertisers?

No. DMD does not sell your contact information to unrelated advertisers or marketing companies. Customer request information is shared as needed with participating detailing providers for the purpose of responding to the detailing request you submitted. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.

Will my request be sent to a bunch of unrelated companies?

No. Your request is for vehicle detailing. DMD uses the information to seek participating detailing providers who may be able to fulfill that request. We may need to approach more than one participating provider to find one that serves your area or is available, but we do not sell your contact information as an unrelated advertising or general marketing list.

What happens after I submit my request?

DMD works to locate a participating provider who may be able to serve your location and requested service. If a provider accepts or responds to the opportunity, the provider can contact you directly to discuss the job.

Do I have to book after submitting a request?

No. Submitting a request does not obligate you to hire a provider. You decide whether the provider, pricing, availability and service terms work for you.

Who sets the final price?

The independent detailing provider sets the final price based on the vehicle, its condition, requested services and other job details. Prices shown on DMD are general starting-price guidance and are not a guaranteed final quote.

Who performs and guarantees the detailing work?

Participating providers are independent businesses. DMD does not perform the detailing service. The provider is responsible for the service it offers and performs, including its own final pricing, scheduling and service terms.

Does Dayton Mobile Detailing collect my detailing payment?

No. DMD does not collect customer payment for the detailing job. Payment arrangements for the detailing service are handled directly with the independent provider.

Is a detailer guaranteed to be available?

No. Provider availability depends on your service area, requested work and the schedules of participating providers. DMD works to make a connection but cannot guarantee that a provider will be available for every request.
