Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing this website or submitting a detailing request, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not submit a request or use the service.

2. What Dayton Mobile Detailing Does

We provide a platform that receives prospective customer requests and attempts to connect those requests with participating independent detailing providers. A request does not guarantee that a provider will accept it, contact you, be available, or perform the requested service.

3. Independent Providers

Participating detailers are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, franchisees, or representatives of Dayton Mobile Detailing LLC. Providers are responsible for their own business operations, qualifications, insurance, licenses, permits, pricing, estimates, scheduling, workmanship, safety, taxes, warranties, and compliance with applicable law.

4. Quotes, Appointments and Payment

Information shown on this website about services is general information and is not a binding quote from a provider. The participating provider determines its final price and service terms. Customers pay the provider directly for detailing services. Dayton Mobile Detailing does not collect customer payment for the detailing job.

5. Customer Requests and Contact Permission

When you submit a request, you authorize Dayton Mobile Detailing to process the request and share relevant request and contact information with participating detailing providers for the purpose of responding to the request. You agree that Dayton Mobile Detailing and an accepting provider may contact you about the request using the contact information you provide.

6. Your Information

You agree to provide information that is reasonably accurate and not knowingly false, misleading, fraudulent, or submitted for an unlawful purpose. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. No Guarantee of Provider Services

We do not guarantee the availability, price, quality, timing, safety, legality, suitability, or outcome of services offered or performed by an independent provider. You are responsible for deciding whether to hire a provider and for reviewing the provider's quote and service terms before work begins.

8. Website Use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit spam or fraudulent requests, scrape or harvest information in a manner that disrupts the service, impersonate another person or business, or use the service for an unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

The Dayton Mobile Detailing name, site design, original text, graphics, logos, and other site content are owned by Dayton Mobile Detailing LLC or used with permission, except for third-party materials and trademarks belonging to their respective owners. You may not copy or commercially exploit our original site content without permission except as allowed by law.

10. Disclaimers

The website and connection service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, that every request will result in a provider match, or that information supplied by customers or independent providers will always be complete or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dayton Mobile Detailing LLC is not responsible for losses or claims arising from the acts, omissions, quotes, communications, property damage, personal injury, scheduling, payment disputes, workmanship, or other services of an independent detailing provider. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Provider Terms

Detailing businesses participating in the provider network are also subject to the separate Provider Lead Agreement presented during provider onboarding. If these public Terms and the Provider Lead Agreement conflict regarding provider lead fees, provider accounts, lead acceptance, billing, or provider disputes, the Provider Lead Agreement controls for those provider-network matters.

13. Provider Communications

Provider-network participants may receive operational email concerning lead opportunities and their provider account. Providers may request changes to optional lead-notification email preferences, but Dayton Mobile Detailing may continue to send account, billing, security, legal, or other service-related communications when reasonably necessary.

SMS lead alerts are currently listed as coming soon and are not required for provider registration. If SMS notifications are activated, providers who separately opt in may receive recurring operational text messages concerning lead opportunities and provider-account activity. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS or HELP for help. SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of applying for or maintaining a provider account. Additional SMS terms presented at the time of opt-in will also apply.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms as the website or service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or provider account process when appropriate.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
